- Analytics Data: Aggregated, non-identifiable usage statistics collected via cookies and analytics tools to improve service performance and user experience.
We do not collect or store:
- Health or medical records from healthcare providers.
- Government identification numbers.
- Payment card data within the Platform.

All Platform data is hosted on servers located in Canada. Certain technical service providers engaged by us may operate in the United States. Upon termination of a subscription, data is retained for a period of ninety (90) days to enable migration or retrieval, after which it is permanently deleted unless otherwise required by law. Organizations may request earlier deletion of their data, which will be honored subject to applicable legal obligations.

Subject to applicable law, individuals may request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about them.
- Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Request deletion of information, subject to contractual or legal obligations.

The Platform is not directed to, and may not be used by, individuals under the age of sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
